What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type: typically your name, email, phone number, and answers to any questions on the form. The site also records the page you submitted from and, if you arrived through a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (UTM parameters), so I know which post or page you came from.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to you, send the resource you asked for, and follow up about buying or selling a home. I do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to me through Web3Forms, a form service. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which can receive your IP address when a page loads. Those providers have their own privacy policies. If you contact me about a transaction, I may also share information with my brokerage, Keller Williams Realty Chico Area, and with lenders, title companies and other parties you ask me to work with.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers at the time of this update. Your browser or the hosting provider may keep basic technical logs.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking me to stop. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
